  Beautiful room, very spacious. The pool is great with a fantastic waterslide. The breakfast was very tasty, with lots of variety. The kids (3 and 6) love this hotel. When we arrived, the room hadn't been made up, but the staff promptly fixed the situation and compensated us - they said that was not meeting the standards of their hotel and they wanted to make it right.

  Horrible front desk service. We decided to stay overnight in this hotel in August 2017 because my company has a discount for "personal travel" at any Wyndham resort. When I told the front desk man that I have a corporate rate for our stay. The front desk person questioned me about it. Said that the offer only usually applies during work days, for people wearing a coveralls. It is a weekend, and it's not like I am working..bla..bla" I was shocked on how rude this person is. First off he obviously is oblivious of my company perks. Second, he just being rude simply by making statement about I'm not entitled to the discount, because of what he can see. I showed him the company offer. And who is he to question the offer when he has no full knowledge of what was agreed upon by Wyndham and our company (which is a large oil and gas company in Alberta). The front desk guy offered to cancel my room if I am not happy with the rate he is charging me (we went to Drumheller for this offer!). This person should not be on customer service. My company will hear about this rude employee at Wyndham.

  Decent enough place. Close to attractions & places to eat. The pool & slide are pretty large for a hotel & great for the kids. Nothing spectacular, but functional and decently clean. Price point mirrors other establishments in the area - be prepared to pay market rates during peak times. All the staff we had interactions with were professional, friendly & helpful.

  We stayed 2 nights for $175 per night and our bed was not made and our tub not cleaned. Staying in a hotel is a treat - if I wanted to make beds and clean tubs I would stay home. We told the clerk upon check out and she said it was 'hotel policy'. So their policy is to have you make your bed and clean your own tub on your vacation. Ramada will not get my holiday money. The reason for 2 stars is that the employee in the breakfast kitchen was lovely. At Best Western they MAKE your bed AND clean your tub! Ramada - saving their money while taking yours..... 23 July 17 Our daughter booked us in at Ramada in Penticton for 5 nights and every single they they made our beds. It is THIS hotel that just takes your money and does not make your bed and does not respond to comments.

  Great hotel! Bright clean lobby, nice big room. Pretty good breakfast although it could use a vegetarian option. All the staff were really helpful. Will stay here again.
